Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation & Appointment Policy
To respect the time of both our clients and our salon team, we kindly ask that you review the following booking policies before scheduling an appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Future appointments may require a deposit or prepayment to secure the booking.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their service modified or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. A late cancellation fee may apply.
Service Adjustments
If you feel any adjustments need to be made to your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. After this timeframe, any additional changes will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
